Personal data and cookies
Controller: Charlotte Lavergne EI (Atalante Studio), contact details above.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies. The only information it keeps on your device is your language choice (FR or EN), when you click the button, in the browser's local storage. It is sent to no one, and is erased along with the site's data. It does not measure its audience and loads no content from other sites: the font, images and video are hosted with the site. There is nothing to accept or refuse.
Technical logs. The host (Google, Firebase Hosting service) records the IP address, requested page, date and browser type of each visit, to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The publisher does not access or export these logs; Google keeps them for a limited period that it sets. This data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Messages and help form. You can write to contact@atalantestudio.com or use the help form. We then receive your message, the reason you choose and your email address (required on the website, optional in the game). This data is used only to reply to you, handle your request, fix our games and, where relevant, prepare the service you request. Your address is never used to send you announcements. Without an address, we cannot reply. Please do not write about your health, your opinions or your private life, or anyone else's.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you and improving our games (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)); our legal obligations when you exercise your rights or report illegal content (Article 6(1)(c)).
The form sends your message directly to a Google database (Firebase Firestore), which acts on our behalf and stores it in the European Union (Belgium and the Netherlands). It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. Google sees your IP address during the connection; we do not store it with your message. A copy of your message reaches us by email, through a Google script. We reply from our mailbox, hosted by OVHcloud (France) and collected in a Gmail inbox (Google), with possible processing outside the EU under the framework described above. No artificial intelligence tool reads these messages. They are shared with no one else, except where the law requires it or in case of a serious threat to a person.
Retention: twelve months for help requests about a game; up to five years for a complaint about a purchase; three years for a request to exercise your rights; six months for a report of illegal content; three years after our last exchange for a business enquiry, or the statutory retention period of business records if a contract is signed.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the same address or through the help form. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
